Day 1
STOCKHOLM
Upon arrival, self-transfer to your centrally located hotel. Remainder of the day is at your leisure with plenty of museums, restaurants, shops and galleries to explore. We suggest a visit to the Vasa Museum, which houses one of the world’s oldest and best- preserved warships dating back to 1628. Or perhaps a visit to Skansen, the world’s oldest open-air museum, with its collection of old buildings brought here from all over Sweden. Overnight and breakfast at 4 star hotel.
Day 2
STOCKHOLM
Enjoy a nice breakfast at your hotel before you will explore Stockholm! Enjoy the tour – STOCKHOLM in a Nutshell. Departure from Gustav Adolfs Torg at 10.00 hrs. This tour is a combination of the Stockholm Panorama bus tour and the Royal Canal Tour. We start with a coach trip around the city, viewing the best known sites and buildings. After one hour and a half, we transfer to a boat to sail around the royal park of Djurgården and past the most inner archipelago islands. Overnight and breakfast at 4 star hotel.
Day 3
STOCKHOLM-COPENHAGEN
After breakfast self-transfer to the railway station for an exciting ride through the rich, open countryside of Sweden, passing small towns, well-tended fields, glittering lakes, and deep forests. Your afternoon arrival in Copenhagen leaves the evening free to stroll through the enchanting Tivoli Gardens. 1st class train from Stockholm to Copenhagen. Overnight and breakfast at 4 star hotel.
Day 4
COPENHAGEN
Breakfast is served at your hotel before you go on a city tour of Copenhagen! The bus passes by the major sights of Copenhagen, for example the magnificent Gefion Fountain, Tivoli, Christiansborg Palace, the Opera, Our Saviour\’s Church, Amalienborg Castle and much more.
At the conclusion of the bus tour you will board one of our canal boats for a live-guided tour on the beautiful canals of Copenhagen and explore more of our city. One of the great highlights is of course the Little Mermaid, a tribute to Hans Christian Andersen. The cruise continues through the picturesque canals of Christianhavn and Frederiksholm where historical buildings are to be enjoyed side by side with more modern architecture.
We end our tour in the very heart of Copenhagen – at Gammel Strand which is only a few minutes’ walk from the main shopping street, Strøget. Afternoon at your leisure! Overnight and breakfast at 4 star hotel.
Day 5
COPENHAGEN-OVERNIGHT CRUISE TO OSLO
Majority of day at leisure to explore Copenhagen in more depth. Board the ship for your overnight cruise to Oslo in the late afternoon. Before dining in one of the ships several lively restaurants, you may choose to admire the gently curving Danish coastline from the Promenade deck. Overnight on board – double outside cabin – 2 berth with sea view.
Day 6
OSLO
Enjoy your breakfast as you sail up the magnificent Oslo-fjord. After docking, day at leisure to explore this city of art and culture. Overnight and breakfast at 4 star hotel
Day 7
OSLO
After breakfast begin your Oslo City Tour – Oslo Selected Highlights – 3 hours and 45 minutes. This is a half day sightseeing tour with many of the most beautiful and interesting sights: The city center of Oslo, the Vigeland Sculpture Park, the Ski Jump at Holmenkollen and the Viking Ships in the Viking Ship Museum. From Bygdøy return to the city center. Afternoon at your leisure! Overnight and breakfast at 4 star hotel.
Day 8
OSLO – MYRDAL – FLÅM – GUDVANGEN – VOSS – BERGEN
Enjoy breakfast before you board the train bound for Bergen. Leave the train in Myrdal and connect with the Flåm Railway down to the tiny village of Flåm. Spend a little while in Flåm before you board the boat taking you on the Sognefjord and the Nærøyfjord to Gudvangen. In Gudvangen you walk up the pier and onboard the bus taking you via Stalheim to Voss. In Voss you board the train bound for Bergen. Arrive Bergen, and self-transfer to your hotel for the night. Day 9
BERGEN
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before exploring Bergen. Hop-on/hop-off sightseeing ticket is included today. The bus pass by Bryggen, the fish market the tourist information office, the aquarium, Bergen Museum, The Grieg Hall, Fløi Funicular, The Maria Church, The Old Bergen Museum and many other attractions Ask for dining tips from your hotel, if you want. BERGEN
